摘要
目的:建立蒙古山萝卜花中总黄酮的体外含量测定方法。方法:以芦丁作为对照品,采用Na NO2-Al(NO3)3-Na OH显色体系,于509nm下测定蒙古山萝卜花中总黄酮的含量。结果:芦丁在24.0~84.0mg·L-1于吸光度呈现良好线性关系(n=6,r=0.9997),加样回收率为99.84%,RSD为0.36%。结论:该含量测定方法准确、快捷、简便、经济,是一种理想的测定蒙古山萝卜花中总黄酮的含量测定方法。
Objective ： To establish a determination method for the extraction of total flavonoids in Mongolian sca- bious flower. Method：The rutinwas used as the authentic standard. The content of total flavonids was determined by the NaNO2Al（ NO3 ）3-NaOH reaction colorimetry, measurement wavelength was set at 509 nm. Result：The rutincalibration curve showed a good linear relationship in the ranger of 24. 0 - 84. 0mg · L^-1 （ n = 6, r = 0. 9997 ）, and the average recovery was 99.84% , RSD0.36%. Conclusion：The method established was reliable- and accurate. It can be used to determine the content of total flavonoid in Mongolian scabious flower.
