建设雄安新区是国家作出的一项重大历史性战略选择。作为"千年大计",它的规划发展需要体现出大国风范的美学特征,这从中央对其"四个坚持""七项任务"等导向性政策中可以看出来;作为"国家大事",雄安新区的规划应在承接北京非首都功能疏解、京津冀协同发展和国家发展的整体格局中,分别表现出中华美学精神的不同核心价值;在未来城市的治理形态上,雄安新区应探索出一种带有自觉美学追求的新理念、新体系,以打造中国城市建设的典范。美学治理是中国城市化进程与社会发展迄今而出现的新范式。

While it is a national strategy to build the Xiong＇an New Area crucial for the millennium to come,an aesthetic mode is imperative for its construction in light of a series of guidelines by the central government.As it is of national significance,Xiong＇an New Area is committed to phasing out Beijing＇s non-capital functions,and integrated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The new area should take on new aesthetic spirit,core values and new concepts.
