摘要
目的:基于古今文献分析,探索松针食疗应用的历史源流与现代研究进展,并探讨松针未来在食疗方面的发展方向。方法:确定检索词与检索条件,通过《中华医典》(第5版)电子丛书获取新中国成立前的电子书籍;同时,运用CNKI中国期刊全文数据库获得现代文献,进行归纳整理与分析。结果:古籍记载松针应用于食疗方面的时间较早,但现代基于松针的相关食疗产品还不甚多。结论:松针的疗效已被古代文献及现代研究所认可,有待进一步应用于药膳及保健食品的开发。
Objective:To explore the history and modern research about pine leaf's appIication to dietary therapy and discuss about its usage in future based on analysis of the ancient and modern literature. Methods : After determining the search terms and search condition, literature before 1949 was retrieved from the electronic Chinese Medical Classics (Fifth Edition), and contemporary liter- ature was collected from the CNKI database to conduct analysis. Results:Pine leaf's application to dietary therapy began at an early age according to the ancient literature, but health foods containing pine leaf are rarely seen in today's market. Conclusion: The effect of pine leaf has been proved by ancient and modern literature, and it deserves further study about its application to herbal cuisine and health food.
