地龙具有清热、熄风止痉、平喘、通络等功效,现代医家应用地龙及其配伍治疗支气管哮喘取得了良好的疗效。从中医病机、药理学、功效、配伍使用等方面对地龙在治疗支气管哮喘方面的应用进行论述。

Objective. Pberetima has the effects of clearing away heat, relieving convulsion and spasm, relieving asthma and dredging collaterals,The Modern physicians have favorable clinical outcomes in application of pberetima and its compatibility in treatment of bronchial asthma. This paper discusses the application of pberetima in the treatment of bronchial asthma from the aspects of patho- genesis, pharmacology, effect and compatibility of Chinese Medicine.
