高校教师协同育人机制创新研究

Innovation Research on University Teachers’ Collaborative Education Mechanism

在高校开展协同育人的机制创新，有助于提升高校的人才培养效果，为社会输送更多全方面发展的人才。在对协同育人教育内容进行分析的基础上，对高校教师协同育人的机制创新提出几点建议。

Creating a new mechanism of the collaborative education is able to promote the effect of talent training and convey more talents with multiple skills to the society. In this article, the author first analyzes the content of collaborative education, and puts forward several suggestions on the creation of a new mechanism of university teachers＇ collaborative education.
