微时代背景下学生党建工作创新模式研究

随着“互联网＋”的广泛应用，新媒体技术得以承认与发展，其中微信、微博、公众号、QQ群、手机网络等网络联系方式出现并流行，学生党建工作也需要在传统手段的基础上采用更加多元化的网络方式，结合新媒体技术的特点研究创新性党建工作模式，做好党建工作，可以更好地发挥高校党组织的创造力、凝聚力与战斗力，更好地发挥党组织在大学生思想政治工作中的重要作用与地位。

With the wide application of Internet plus, the new media technology gets the recognition and development and Internet connections such as WeChat, micro - blog, the public number, QQ group, mobile phone network are emerging and popular. Student party building work based on traditional methods needs to adopt a more diversified network. Combined with the characteristics of the new media technology, innovation study should be made on pattern of party building work. To do a good job of party building can better play the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of the party organization in colleges and universities, better play an important role and status of the party organization in college students＇ideological and political work.
