提升大学生志愿服务工作组织认同的对策研究——以宜宾学院外国语学院为例

Study on Countermeasures of Improving College Students’ Voluntary Service Organizational Identification——Taking Foreign Language College of Yibin University as an Example

大学生志愿服务活动是开展思想政治教育工作的重要载体。针对高校普遍存在的缺乏长效机制、服务内容有限等困境，以宜宾学院外国语学院为依托进行问卷调查，综合分析并结合实际提出增强志愿服务工作认同的对策，以期为学院、学校提升志愿服务质量提供参考。

College students＇voluntary service plays the important role in the ideological and political education work. However, there are a mount of difficulties, such as the lack of long - term mechanism, the limitation of service content and so forth, in the process of voluntary service. The paper,taken the students in Foreign Language College of Yibin University as examples to investigate, analyzes the specific situation and gives some suggestions to improve voluntary service organizational identification in order to provide references for colleges and schools to improve voluntary service quality.
