摘要
翻转课堂教学模式是基于信息化环境下应运而生的一种新型教学模式。学校和教师积极尝试和实践,但在实际操作的过程中遇到了诸多困惑,例如:翻转资源匮乏;服务翻转的平台不够健全;学生作为翻转的核心人物,课前学习自觉性、积极性难以调动;由翻转引发的学生评价标准的不科学等。通过对翻转课堂概念、流程等内涵的解析,分析教师在实施翻转教学过程中遇到的问题和困惑,探索实施课堂有效翻转的条件,包括营造良好的翻转氛围、选择恰当的翻转内容、调动积极的参与热情、创作优秀的翻转资源、设计精彩的翻转活动和建立科学的评价体系等,旨在为翻转活动的开展提供有效参考。
The flipped classroom teaching model is a new teaching mode based on the information environment. Many schools and teachers have been actively trying and practicing the new teaching model, but they have encountered a lot of confusion in the process of actual operation, such as the shortage of resources for flipping, and imperfect service platform. Other confusions include : as the core character of flipping teaching, students are unable to arouse their self - consciousness and enthusiasm before class, and their evaluation standards caused by teaching model are unscientific and so on. Through the analysis of the concept and process of the flipped classroom teaching model, this paper analyzes the problems and confusions encountered by the teachers in the implementation of it, and explores the conditions for implementing the effective flipped classroom teaching. The conditions include creating a good atmosphere, selecting proper contents for flipping, arousing enthusiasm, creating excellent flipping resources, designing wonderful flipping activities and estab- lishing a scientific evaluation system, etc. , all of which will provide effective reference for the development of flipping activities.
