单亲家庭高职生心理健康教育的对策研究

Countermeasure Research on Psychological Health Education of Vocational Students from Single-parent Family

单亲家庭高职生的心灵在经历家庭变故的过程中受到一定的伤害，对他们的心理造成严重的影响。通过对单亲家庭高职生心理素质现状的研究，得出个人、家庭、学校以及社会问题是致使他们产生心理问题的主要原因，提出以个人、家庭、学校和社会四方全面结合的心理素质教育对策，切实帮助单亲家庭高职生早日摆脱心理困境，茁壮成长成材。

Vocational students from single - parent households are often the victim of the divorce, and are negatively impacted on their psychology by the process of major change in the family separation. Through researches of exploring the currently psychological health of the vocational students from single - parent families, evidences indicate that problems with self, family, school, and society are associated with higher prevalence of psychological abnormality. Therefore, we propose that psychological education countermeasure is needed at a personal level, family level, school level and society level in order to assist vocational students from single - parent family to grow in a healthy environment and be psychologically healthy.
