摘要
以民办应用型高校为研究对象,分析民办高校管理学课程教学现状及其原因,在此基础上利用实证研究的方式分析得到学生更容易接受小组讨论、案例分析等参与式的教学方法。为此构建从教学方法、课堂组织方式、内容章节安排等方面与学生学习兴趣的契合度,分析建立管理学理论教学参与式教学方法模型,为同类民办高校的管理学改革提供思路。
This paper takes private application -oriented universities as the research object and analyzes the current situation and causes of nlanagement courses in private colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of empirical research,it is concluded that students are more likely to accept group participation,case analysis and other participatory teaching methods. Therefore,the fit degree between teaching methods, classroom organizing methods, an'angement of content chapters and student' s interest in learning is construc- ted,and a participatory teaching method model of management theory teaching is established to provide ideas for management reform of similar private universities.
