摘要
推进研究生教育质量保障体系建设,高校要开展诊断式的自我评估,学位点自我评估具有前瞻性、激励性、监控性,有利于及早发现学位点在设置、师资等方面的问题,以便实行动态调整。因此,细化学位占、评估流程,建立评估约束机制,明确评估责任主体,协同内外监督,兼顾内外需求,合理构建学位点评估体系,以评促管,才能加快推进研究生教育质量,保障体系建设步伐。
To promote the construction of quality assurance system for postgraduate education, the colleges and universities should carry out diagnostic self - evaluation. Self - evaluation of academic positions is forward - looking, motivational and monitoring. It is con- ducive to early detection of problems such as the establishment and faculty arrangement of disciplines so that we can implement dynamic adjustment. Therefore, only by refining the flow of evaluation, establishing evaluation and restraint mechanisms, clearly assessing the main body of responsibility, coordinating internal and external supervision, taking both internal and external demands into account, building a reasonable evaluation system, and evaluating the tube, can we improve the quality of postgraduate education and speed up the system of quality assurance for postgraduate education.
