朝鲜和韩国教师培养模式的比较研究与启示

摘要 朝鲜和韩国同样因受儒家思想的影响,在社会上都有“尊师重教”的传统,两个国家的政府也都同样重视教师教育。但因其处在不同的国家制度和发展水平下,朝韩的教师培养模式存在一定的差异。从朝鲜和韩国的教师教育制度、教师资格证书制度和在职培训制度视角出发,比较朝、韩教师培养模式的区别,对我国的教师培养模式有一定的启示。 North Korea and South Korea are both influenced by Confucianism and are respecting the tradition in the society. Two governments also attach importance to teacher education. However, due to their different state system and development level, there are some differences in the mode of teacher training between North Korea and South Korea. From the perspective of teacher education sys- tem, teacher qualification certificate system and on -the -job training system in North Korea and South Korea, the paper compares the difference of the teacher training mode between Noth Korean and South Korean , which has some enlightenment to the mode of teacher training in China.
