双凸轮组合定位的三工位隔离开关电动操作机构研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对三工位隔离开关电动操作时需要准确定位的问题,文中提出了一种双凸轮组合定位结构的方案。对此定位原理进行了理论分析,并给出样机试验结果。试验结果证明:该方案结构简单,装配后无需调节即可达到±0.25圈(在配用的产品中约±1 mm)的定位精度。该方案能够实现三工位隔离开关电动操作的准确定位,并已在工程中得到广泛应用。 For the problem of three position disconnector electric operation needing accurate positioning, this paper puts forward a scheme of double cam combined positioning structure.Besides, in this paper, we not only analyse the theory of positioning principle, but also give the result of the prototype test.The experimental result shows that the scheme is simple in structure. It can reach± 0.25 ring (in the products of distribution about ±1mm) positioning accuracy without adjustment after assembly.The scheme successfully realizes accurate positioning of the three position switch electric operation, and it has been widely used in engineering.
