摘要
货币政策透明化是过去二十年大多数国家中央银行的一项重要制度选择。为度量中国货币政策透明度现状与发展趋势,文章拓展了现有的指标体系,考虑了公众对货币政策的理解,构造了更为全面的货币政策透明度指标体系。测算发现,中国的货币政策透明度总体上比较低,但整体上呈现上升趋势。
In the past 20 years, monetary policy transparency is an important institutional choice for most central banks in the world. To measure the status and development trend of China＇ s monetary policy transparency, the paper expands the existing index system and constructs a more comprehensive index system of transparency of monetary policy in consideration of the public＇s understanding of monetary policy. The measurement result shows that the overall transparency of China＇s monetary policy is relatively low, but the overall trend is on the rise.
