气滞胃痛颗粒联合叶酸对Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者血清胃泌素17、胃蛋白酶原及免疫功能的影响

Effects of Qizhi Weitong Granule Combined with Folic Acid on Serum Gastrin 17, Pepsinogen and Immune Function of Patients with Hp Positive Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的观察气滞胃痛颗粒联合叶酸对Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者血清胃泌素17、胃蛋白酶原(PG)及免疫功能的影响。方法随机选取2015年5月—2017年5月我院收治的Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例,依据治疗方法将患者分为气滞胃痛颗粒联合叶酸治疗组(联合治疗组)和叶酸单独治疗组(单独治疗组)两组各30例,对两组血清胃泌素17、胃蛋白酶原水平、免疫功能进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组血清胃泌素17、PGⅠ水平均显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05),PGⅡ水平显著低于单独治疗组(P<0.05),CD4^+T、CD4^+T/CD8^+T均显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05),CD8^+T显著低于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。结论气滞胃痛颗粒联合叶酸治疗较叶酸单独治疗更能有效改善Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者血清胃泌素17、胃蛋白酶原及免疫功能。

Objective To observe the effects ofQizhi Weitong granule combined with folic acid on serum gastrin 17, pepsinogen and immune function of patients with Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 60 cases of patients with Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group received Qizhi Weitong granule combined with folic acid, control group received folic acid alone. The serum gastrin 17, pepsinogen levels, immune functions of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The serum gastrin 17, PG I levels of treatment group were significantly higher （P〈0.05）, the PG II level was significantly lower （P〈0.05）, the CD4＋ T and CD4＋T/CD8＋T were significantly higher （P〈0.05）, the CD8＋T was significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qizhi Weitong granule combined with folic acid is more effective than folate alone in improving serum gastrin 17, pepsinogen and immune function of patients with Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis.
