中药漱口液治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Gargle on Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的观察中药漱口液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法收集来我院就诊的复发性口腔溃疡患者120例,分为研究组60例(中药漱口液治疗)和对照组60例(口服博美欣、患处点涂碘甘油治疗)。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后VAS评分变化、治疗后6个月的复发率。结果研究组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后VAS评分变化比较,与本组治疗前比较疗效显著(P<0.05,P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较,疗效显著(P<0.01);研究组6个月内复发率也明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药漱口液临床疗效肯定,远期疗效明显,且简便易行、使用安全、毒副作用小、生物利用度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） gargle on recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 100 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcer were divided into research group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with TCM gargle, the treatment group received treatment of oral amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium dispersible tablets, lesion with iodine glycerin. The clinical efficacies, the changes of VAS score before and after treatment, and the 6-month recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical efficiency of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control＇ group. VAS scores in both groups improved before and after treatment （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）, compared with control group, there was significant difference in treatment group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）; the 6-month recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion TCM gargle has definite clinical curative effect, long term and high bioavailability, it is worthy of clinical application. curative effect, and is simple, safe, with low toxic and side effects and high bioavailability, it is worthy of clinical application.
