中医药膳结合西医常规治疗对肾病综合征患者水肿的影响

Effect of Chinese Herb Cuisine Combined with Western Medicine on Edema in Nephrotic Syndrome Patients

目的观察中医药膳结合西医常规药物治疗肾病综合征患者水肿的临床效果。方法将120例肾病综合征患者按照随机平行对照原则分配分为对照组与治疗组。对照组采用西医常规药物治疗,治疗组采用中医药膳鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤结合常规西药治疗。连续治疗28d后评测两组临床效果的差异。结果比较两组中医症候疗效,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者治疗前后腿围、腹围、体重情况,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者24h尿蛋白定量,治疗组治疗后明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤辅助辅助治疗肾病综合征疗效确切,安全可靠,可在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of chinese herb cuisine combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of edema in patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 120 patients with nephrotic syndrome were divided into control group and treatment group according to randomized parallel control principle. Control group was treated with conventional western medicine, treatment group was treated with Chinese ginseng carp melon skin soup with conventional western medicine. After 28 consecutive days of treatment, the difference in clinical effect between the two groups was evaluated. Results Compared with control group, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher（P〈0.05 ）. Comparing the two groups of patients before and after treatment, leg circumference, abdominal circumference, body weight of treatment group were better than those of control group（P〈0.05 ）. Comparing the 24h urinary protein, treatment group was significantly lower than control group after treatment, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Crucian carp melon skin soup is effective in adjuvant treatment of nephrotic syndrome, the curative effect is exact, safe and reliable, and can be further popularized in clinic.
