针刺结合调经正骨法治疗纯粹性颈、腰椎突出症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Tiaojing Bonesetting in Treatment of Pure Cervical and Lumbar Herniation

目的观察针刺结合调经正骨法治疗纯粹性颈、腰椎突出症的临床效果。方法随机选取我院收治的纯粹性颈、腰椎突出症患者60例,依据治疗方法将患者分为针刺结合调经正骨法组(研究组)和常规推拿结合斜扳法组(对照组)两组各30例,对两组患者的中医症状评分、VAS评分、临床疗效进行统计分析。结果和治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的中医症状评分、VAS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),和对照组治疗后相比,研究组患者的中医症状评分、VAS评分均显著降低(P<0.05);对照组治疗的总有效率为80.0%,研究组治疗的总有效率为96.7%,研究组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合调经正骨法治疗纯粹性颈、腰椎突出症的临床效果较常规推拿结合斜扳法好。

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with Tiaojing bonesetting in treatment of pure cervical and lumbar herniation. Methods 60 cases of patients with pure cervical and lumbar herniation were randomly divided into acupuncture needling combined with Tiaojing bonesetting group （study group） and conventional massage combined with oblique traction group （control group）, 30 cases in each group. The clinical curative effect, symptoms scores, VAS scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results compared with before treatment, the TCM symptoms scores, VAS scores after treatment of both groups were significantly lower （P〈0.05）; compared with control group, the clinical symptoms score, VAS score after treatment of study group were significantly lower （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate was 80.0% in control group and 96.7% in study group,the total treatment effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture therapy combined with Tiaojing bonesetting is better than conventional massage combined with oblique pulling method in treatment of pure cervical and lumbar disc herniation.
