外用奇正青鹏膏联合超声渗透治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

External Qizheng Qingpeng Ointment Combined with Ultrasonic Penetration in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察奇正青鹏膏局部外用加超声渗透联合治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法选取90例KOA患者按随机单盲法将其分为三组:奇正青鹏膏组(30例)患膝局部外用奇正青鹏膏后联合超声渗透治疗、单纯超声渗透组(30例)、扶他林乳胶剂组(30例)患膝局部外用扶他林乳胶剂加超声渗透治疗。奇正青鹏膏组(西藏林芝奇正生产,规格20g/支)患膝局部外用奇正青鹏膏后联合超声渗透治疗;扶他林乳胶剂组以1%扶他林乳胶(Norartis公司规格20g/支)联合超声渗透治疗;单纯超声渗透组使用常规耦合剂配合超声理疗治疗。每次治疗持续10min,每周5次,疗程设定3周。从疼痛、运动功能改善等多方面,比较三组患者的临床综合疗效。结果三组患者临床症状和体征分级量化评分与治疗前比较,均有明显差异(P<0.05);三组治疗后膝关节炎缓解情况临床疗效比较,奇正青鹏膏组及扶他林乳胶剂组比单纯超声渗透组有更好的疗效(P<0.05)。结论超声渗透奇正青鹏膏比单纯超声治疗KOA疗效满意。

Objective To observe the effect of the local external use ofQizheng Qingpeng ointment in treatment of knee osteoarthritis （KOA）.Methods 90 cases of KOA patients were randomly divided into 3 groups ： Qizheng Qingpeng ointment group, simple ultrasound penetration group and Votalin emulgel group, 30 cases in each group. Qizheng Qingpeng ointment group （ Linzhi Cheezheng Tibet production specifications 20g/a ） received penetration therapy combined with ultrasonic knee external Qizheng Qingpeng ointment; Votalin emulgel group received Voltaren gel （Norartis specification 1% 20g/a） combined with ultrasonic penetration treatment; simple ultrasonic penetration group received conventional coupling agent combined with ultrasonic therapy. Each treatment lasted for 10rain, 5 times a week, and the course was set for 3 weeks. In terms of pain and motor function improvement, the clinical comprehensive efficacies of the three groups were compared. Results There were significant differences in clinical symptoms and signs of all groups compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）, compared with simple nltrasorud penetration group and Votalin emulgel group, Qizheng Qingpeng oinment group had better clincal effect in the remission of KOA（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qizheng Qingpeng ointment is more effect than simple ultrasound in treatment of KOA.
