Principle and Route for the Construction of Political Economy in Socialism with Chinese Characteristics——A Discussion on Several Popular Ideas

中国特色社会主义政治经济学是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。构建和发展中国特色社会主义政治经济学首先应正确对待"本土化、规范化、国际化"的问题,积极推进马克思主义政治经济学中国化、时代化、大众化。构建和发展中国特色社会主义政治经济学,应立足中国实际,坚持正确的方向性原则、以人民为中心的原则和独立自主的原则等理论原则。同时,积极推进四项基础性工程,即普及马克思主义政治经济学基本原理,加大马克思主义政治经济学专业人才队伍建设力度,推动马克思主义政治经济学与应用经济学深度融合与协调发展,推进马克思主义政治经济学与时代相结合。

Political economy in socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important part of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.To construct and develop political economy in socialism with Chinese characteristics,we need to properly handle the issues of"localization,standardization and internationalization",and actively promote the sinicization,modernization and popularization of Marxist political economy.In the meantime,we must construct and develop political economy in socialism with Chinese characteristic on the basis of Chinese conditions,and adhere to the three principles of right direction,people-centred orientation and independence in theoretical development.We must vigorously carry forward the four basic projects,namely,the popularization of the fundamental tenets of Marxist political economy,the talent team construction for the discipline of Marxist political economy,the deep integration and harmonious development of Marxist political economy and applied economics,and the integration of Marxist political economy with the era.
