摘要
"一带一路"是党中央、国务院根据全球形势变化,统筹国内国际两个大局做出的重大战略决策。"一带一路"倡议的提出,为我国食品企业"走出去"谋划了新的宏伟蓝图,注入了新的强大动力,进而也给我国食品企业带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。在"一带一路"的倡议中,食品发挥着重要的先行者作用。本文在分析我国食品行业发展现状的基础上,从市场空间、食品安全合作、科技竞争力、战略转型、分销渠道和品牌国际化六个维度,提出了我国食品行业在"一带一路"倡议中的发展对策。
The "Belt and Road Initiative" is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council according to the changes of the global situation, domestic and international situations, "'The Belt and Road" strategy, on the one hand, plans a grand new blueprint for China's food enterprises to "go out", and acids new powerful forces to those enterprises concerned. On the other hand. it brings unknown opportunities and challenges to China's food enterprises. In the "great initiative: the Belt and Road". food plays an important role as a pioneer. Based on the analysis of the status quo of China's food industry development, the article putts forward the development eountermeasures for China's food industry in "the Belt and Road strategy from six dimensions: market space, food safety cooperation, science and technology competitiveness, strategic transformation, distribution channels and brand interna- tionalization.
