"十三五"是国家电网公司深化"两个转变"、全面建成"一强三优"现代公司、创建"两个一流"的攻坚和关键时期,现以国家电网公司发展基本情况为基础,进一步明确国家电网公司发展战略体系,并就此提出了国家电网公司的发展战略实施策略,以促进我国电力行业健康发展。
