国际视野下科技创新政策研究动态及对我国的启示

随着经济社会的快速发展,各国在科学技术领域竞争加剧。然而对科学技术研究来说,不仅要培养科技创新人才,还需要强有力的科学技术研究政策。通过政府制定科学的政策促进科学技术的快速发展。本研究通过对其它国家科学技术创新政策进行分析与梳理,总结了各国科学技术创新政策的特点,最后提出了我国科学技术创新政策制定的核心环节。

With the rapid development of economy and society, the competition among countries in the field of science and technology has intensified. However, for scientific and technological research, it is not only necessary to cultivate talents for scientific and technological innovation, but also needs strong scientific and technological research policies. Through the government we can formulate scientific policies to promote the rapid development of science and technology. This research has analyzed and combed the science and technology innovation policies of other countries in the world, summed up the characteristics of national science and technology innovation policies, and finally put forward the core links of China＇s science and technology iunovation policy formulation.
