在深化科技体制改革过程中,加强科研项目资金管理改革,是营造良好创新环境的重要举措。本文在分析广东省深化科研经费管理体制改革的紧迫性的基础上,借鉴国内外科研经费管理经验,针对广东科研经费管理的现状及存在问题,提出广东省进一步深化科研经费管理体制改革的政策建议。

In the process of deepening the reform of science and technology system, strengthening the reform of fund management of scientific research projects, is an important measure to create a good environment for innovation. Based on the analysis of the urgency of the reform of the management system of scientific research funds in Guangdong province,the paper studies the domestic and foreign scientific research funds management experience, analyzes the present situation and problems of the management of scientific research funds in Guangdong, and makes some suggestions to further the reform of the management system of scientific research funds.
