区域公共管理与区域经济合作发展研究

Research on Regional Public Management and Regional Economic Cooperation and Development

区域经济合作作为我国地区发展的重要战略方式之一,可实现地区间的互动互助、优势互补。区域经济合作离不开区域公共管理,然而,由于利益驱使,各地政府又各自为政,呈现出地方保护严重、制度缺失等问题,严重威胁着区域经济合作的深度发展。因此,本文从区域公共管理与区域经济合作出发,分析了二者的互动关系,阐述了区域经济合作中存在的问题,最后就区域公共管理创新提出了思考和建议,以期推动区域公共管理与经济合作的协同发展。

As one of the important strategic ways of regional development in China, regional economic cooper-ation can realize interaction and mutual assistance between regions and complementary advantages. Regional e-conomic cooperation is inseparable from regional public management. However, due to the drive of interests,local governments are making their own decisions, showing serious problems such as serious local protection and lack of system, which seriously threaten the deep development of regional economic cooperation. There-fore, this article from the regional public management and regional economic cooperation, analyzes the inter-action between the two, expounds the existing problems in regional economic cooperation, and finally puts for-ward some thoughts and suggestions on the regional public management innovation, in order to promote the coor-dinated development of regional public management and economic cooperation.
