基于DEA的江西省区域生态效率有效性研究

Study on the Effectiveness of Regional Ecological Efficiency in Jiangxi Province Based on DEA

经济发展是国家发展的根本,但经济的发展带来的是资源过度消耗,环境不断恶化,如何实现经济、资源和环境的协调发展是当前研究的重点。论文引入生态效率理论,将数据包络分析(简称DEA)方法运用到生态效率的实证研究中,对江西省11个地级市2011~2015年的生态效率进行综合分析,并对生态效率不足的城市进行深入分析,为各城市乃至江西省发展循环经济,实现资源节约型和环境友好型社会提供参考。

Economic development is the foundation of national development. But at the same time, the development of economy is the excessive consumption of resources and the deteriorating environment. How to achieve the coordinated development of economy, resources and environment is the focus of current research. In the paper, the ecological efficiency theory was introduced, and the DEA method was applied to the empirical study of ecological efficiency. The ecological efficiency of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province from 2011 to 2015 was analyzed synthetically, which will provide reference for all cities and even Jiangxi province to develop circular economy and realize resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
