摘要
简述了AKD生产过程光气破坏工艺的现状及存在的问题,通过对问题进行分析,对光气破坏装置进行了优化设计。以2万t/a AKD技改项目为计算依据,对光气破坏塔进行了模拟计算与优化。
Introduced the present situation and existing problems of phosgene damage process of AKD unit,and optimized the unit design with analysis on these problems. Based on the technology innovatio n of 20 000 t/a AKD project,simulated and optimized the phosgene damage tower. After the optimization,the unite can save 280 000~320 000 k Wh/a electrical power and 60~78 t/a aqueous alkaline.
