摘要
介绍氢气处理工艺流程。氢气冷凝水中碱含量曾达到1 564 mg/L。分析氢气中携带碱的原因是电解槽出口汽液分离器的氢气上翻高度低。制定相应改进措施,逐步降低氢气系统中携带的碱含量,解决了盐酸合成炉灯头堵塞问题,减少了盐酸合成炉停炉检修所产生的费用,同时保证了安全生产。
A process of hydrogen treatment was introduced. The alkali content in hydrogen condensate once reached 1 564 mg/L. The reason that alkali was entrained in hydrogen was that the rising height of hydrogen in the gas-liquid separator which was located at the outlet of the cell was not enough. The corresponding improvement measures were set up to gradually reduce the alkali content in the hydrogen system. Thus the problem of the blockage of burner of hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace was solved, the cost of the shutdown and maintenance of the synthesis furnace reduced, and safe production was ensured.
