摘要
目的针对矩形截面复合材料箱体,对缠绕成型工艺进行研究。方法优选材料体系并进行结构优化设计,利用组合式成型模具,通过螺旋缠绕方式,突破矩形截面箱体缠绕张力控制与功能层快速铺放等关键技术。结果箱体通过了各项性能试验及环境试验考核。结论该工艺适用于树脂基复合材料发射箱箱体缠绕成型,其他等截面树脂基复合材料构件缠绕成型可参照使用。
The work aims to study the process of winding modeling with respect to the composite box of a rectangular section. The material system was optimized and the structural optimization design was conducted. The key technologies(such as winding tension control of the box of a rectangular section and rapid placement of the functional layer, etc.) were broken through by means of combined forming mold and spiral winding. The box passed various performance tests and environmental test examinations. The process is suitable for the winding molding of the launch box of resin based composite, and it can be used as a reference for the winding modeling of other uniform-section composite components.
