摘要
介绍援外成套项目的特征、类型和管理方式,梳理各环节中电气专业应关注的内容,分析成套项目中专业方案与投资的匹配,并针对以往项目遇到的一些问题总结经验教训,给出思考和建议。
The characteristics, types and management modes of the foreign-aiding complete set of projects are introduced, the content in each link that shall be focused on by the electrical specialty is sorted out, the matching of specialty scheme with the investment in the complete set of projects is analyzed, and some thinking and advices are provided for the problems in the past projects after the experience and lessons are summarized.
