中药活血化瘀汤治疗卵巢囊肿的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Herbal Medicine Huoxue Huayu Decoction in Treating Ovarian Cysts

目的分析中药活血化瘀汤治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效及应用价值。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年7月收治的30例卵巢囊肿患者,分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者均采用大黄蛰虫丸进行治疗;观察组患者均采用自拟中药活血化瘀汤进行治疗。2组患者均连续治疗3个月后,分析并对比2组患者的临床疗效以及临床症状改善情况。结果经不同药物治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者经治疗后卵巢囊肿直径明显优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在对卵巢囊肿患者进行临床治疗时,采用自拟中药活血化瘀汤治疗能有效改善患者临床症状,缩短患者病症恢复时间,且疗效显著,无明显不良反应出现,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of Chinese herbal medicine Huoxue Huayu decoction in the treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods 30 cases of ovarian cyst treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2017 were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with Dahuang Zhechong pills. The patients in the observation group were treated with Huoxue Huayu decoction. Two groups of patients were treated continuously for 3 months,and analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms improvement were carried out. Results After treatment with different drugs,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. The diameter of the ovarian cyst in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The Chinese herbal medicine Huoxue Huayu decoction in the treatment of ovarian cyst can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the recovery time,has significant effect and no obvious adverse reactions occur,and is worthy of clinical application.
