疏肝养血通络法辨证治疗偏头痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Soothing Liver and Nourishing Blood to Dredge Collaterals Method in the Treatment of Migraine According to Syndrome Differentiation

目的探讨疏肝养血通络法治疗肝郁血虚夹瘀型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年6月就诊的72例肝郁血虚夹瘀型偏头痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组36例给予口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组36例在对照组的基础上采用疏肝养血通络法治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后的临床症状评分、中医证候评分,观察比较2组患者的疗效及复发率。结果治疗组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用疏肝养血通络法治疗肝郁血虚夹瘀型偏头痛,临床效果满意,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of method of soothing liver and nourishing blood to dredge collaterals in the treatment of migraine due to stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency with blood stasis. Methods 72 cases of patients with migraine due to stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency with blood stasis in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group of 36 cases was given oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. Patients in the treatment group were treated with method of soothing liver and nourishing blood to dredge collaterals on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptom score,TCM syndrome score,curative effect and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Each index of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The method of soothing liver and nourishing blood to dredge collaterals in the treatment of migraine due to stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency with blood stasis has significantly clinical effect,and is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
