厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤联合西药治疗功能性腹胀

Houpo Shengjiang Banxia Gancao Renshen Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Functional Abdominal Distension

目的观察厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤联合奥替溴铵片治疗功能性腹胀的临床疗效。方法 60例患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,对照组给予奥替溴铵口服,治疗组给予中药厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤联合奥替溴铵治疗。结果治疗后,2组症状积分与治疗前比较均有明显降低(P<0.05)。症状积分治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤联合奥替溴铵对于功能性腹胀具有良好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Houpo Shengjiang Banxia Gancao Renshen decoction combined with otilonium bromide in the treatment of functional abdominal distension. Methods Sixty cases of functional abdominal distension patients were randomly divided into control group（30 cases） and treatment group（30 cases）. The control group was given otilonium bromide,while the treatment group was given Houpo Shengjiang Banxia Gancao Renshen decoction combined with otilonium bromide. Results After treatment,symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）,and there was significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Houpo Shengjiang Banxia Gancao Renshen decoction combined with otilonium bromide has good clinical effects on functional abdominal distension.
