中西医结合治疗痰热郁肺型肺胀的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Phlegm Heat Obstructing Lung Type Lung Distension

目的观察分析中西医结合治疗痰热郁肺型肺胀的临床效果。方法选取2013年5月—2016年4月期间到我院就诊的97例痰热郁肺型肺胀患者,电脑随机分为2组。对照组40例,给予西医治疗;治疗组57例,给予中西医结合治疗。对比临床疗效。结果治疗组显效29例,有效24例,无效4例,总有效率为92.98%(53/57),对照组显效13例,有效18例,无效9例,总有效率为77.50%(31/40),组间数据经统计学分析,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热郁肺型肺胀,联合中西医治疗,疗效显著,有推广价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of phlegm heat obstructing lung type lung distension. Methods During the period from May 2013 to April 2016,97 cases of phlegm heat obstructing lung type lung distension patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups by the computer. The control group of 40 cases was treated with Western medicine treatment. The treatment group of 57 was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The clinical efficacy was compared. Results In the treatment group,29 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92. 98%（53/57）. In the control group,13 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 77. 50%（31/40）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of phlegm heat obstructing lung type lung distension has obviously curative effect,and is worth promoting.
