消渴舒丸联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiaokeshu Pill Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察消渴舒丸联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效及其临床意义。方法共纳入84例初发2型糖尿病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各42例,对照组给予二甲双胍肠溶胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用消渴舒丸治疗。4周为一个疗程,观察3个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后实验室检查指标及中医证候的变化。结果观察组患者经过治疗后的总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的64.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者FPG、2h PG、HbA1c水平均较前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于初发2型糖尿病患者,消渴舒丸与二甲双胍联用能起到协同降糖的效果,提高血糖达标率,有效改善患者的临床症状,安全可行,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect and clinical significance of Xiaokeshu pill combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given metformin enteric capsule treatment,and the observation group was treated with Xiaokeshu pill on the basis of the control group. 4 weeks was one course of treatment which continued 3 courses of observation. The changes of laboratory indexes and TCM syndromes were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 86%,which was significantly higher than 78. 57% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c levels of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes,Xiaokeshu pill combined with metformin can play a synergistic hypoglycemic effect,improve blood glucose rate,effectively improve the clinical symptoms,is safe and feasible,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
