中西医结合护理干预在外科腹部术后胃瘫的应用分析

Analysis on the Application of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Intervention in the Postoperative Gastroplegia after Surgical Abdominal Surgery

目的讨论中西医结合护理干预在外科腹部术后胃瘫的应用分析。方法选取我院治疗的外科腹部手术后的胃瘫患者60例,根据治疗方法不同分为2组,其中实验组使用中西医结合的护理干预,在对照组中使用常规护理干预。对2组治疗效果进行比较。结果实验组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的肠鸣音恢复时间、进食后无腹胀呕吐的时间、肛门排气排便时间、拔胃管后没有腹胀呕吐的时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对外科腹部手术后胃瘫的患者使用中西医结合护理干预方法治疗,可以有效的减少治疗时间,提高治疗效果,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To discuss the application of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of postoperative gastroplegia after surgical abdominal surgery. Methods Sixty patients with gastroparesis after abdominal surgery were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and routine nursing intervention was used in the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The time of recovery of bowel sounds,the time of no abdominal distension and vomiting after eating,the time of defecation and defecation,the time of no bloating and vomiting after pulling the tube in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of postoperative gastroplegia after surgical abdominal surgery can effectively reduce the treatment time and improve the therapeutic effect,which has important clinical value.
