高压氧联合中医针灸治疗高血压脑出血患者的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析探讨高血压脑出血患者采用高压氧联合中医针灸治疗的护理措施。方法选择2015年4月—2017年4月期间在我院接受治疗的90例高血压脑出血患者参与研究,随机将患者分成2组,对照组45例,观察组45例。对照组患者采用传统的治疗和护理方法,观察组患者则采用高压氧联合中医针灸的治疗措施。对比2组患者治疗后的认知功能变化,并查看2组患者治疗后的日常生活能力改善程度和生活质量变化情况,并查看2组患者治疗后肢体运动能力的变化情况。结果经过治疗护理,观察组患者的认知功能评分明显优于对照组,观察组患者的日常生活能力和生活质量的改善程度也明显优于对照组,观察组患者的肢体运动能力也显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血患者采用高压氧联合中医针灸进行治疗,同时给予患者优质的护理服务,有利于患者的康复,因此值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the nursing measures of patients with analysis of hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods During April 2015 to April 2017 in our hospital for treatment of 90 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients participated in the study. Patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional methods of treatment and nursing. The patients in the observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in TCM. The changes of cognitive function were compared between two groups after treatment,the degree of daily life and quality of life changes was checked,and the changes of limb movement ability of two groups of patients after treatment was viewed. Results After treatment and nursing,of patients the cognitive function score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the ability of daily life and improvement on the quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the limb movement ability of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture and nursing service quality in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
