摘要
针对城市应急管理体系建设不足等问题,提出了面向智慧城市的应急智能决策支持系统的构建模型框架,并对其运行机制和工作流程进行了相关评述,最后给出了针对该应急管理体系建设的政策性建议,以期望能给城市应急管理者提供有意义的意见和建议。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient construction of urban emergency management system, this paper proposes a model framework of emergency intelligent decision support system for smart city, and gives a review of its operational mechanism and work flow, and then gives the policy recommendations for the construction of the emergency management system, hoping to provide city emergency managers with meaningful opinions and suggestions.
