创新是人类特有的认识能力和实践能力,是人类进步和社会发展的不竭动力,它具有新颖性、超前性、变革性、目的性、价值性等特性。随着时代的发展,创新的内容越来越丰富,包含思维创新、理论创新、环境创新、管理创新、教育创新等方面。创新应坚持个性化、系统性、实践性、协作性、价值性原则,应注重思维、培养能力,努力达到"以创新之我建创新之团体、建创新之社会、建创新之国家、建创新之民族"。

Innovation is a kind of cognitive ability and practical ability unique to human beings. Defined as novel, transcendental, transformative, purposeful and valuable, innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for human progress and social development. As time advances, innovation has more dimensions, including innovation in thinking, theories, environment, management and education. Innovation should adhere to the principles of being individualistic, systematic, practical, cooperative and valuable. We should work hard to cultivate the ability of innovative thinking, and strive to build a nation, a country, a society, a community and an individual with the spirit of innovation.
