优化评价,让学习成为一种期待——小学一年级“快乐闯关”叙事研究 被引量:1

Optimizing Evaluation to Make Learning Full of Expectation: The First Grade Narrative Research of Happy Gameplay in Primary School

摘要 根据一年级小学生的身心发展特点,人大附中航天城学校采取"快乐闯关"的形式对学生进行学业评价。"快乐闯关"活动设计从结构性、差异性、体验性、个体性等维度关注学生学业水平发展,促进学生自主发展、快乐成长。同时,学校邀请家长参与闯关活动,形成家校合力;做好人力物资的合理配备,使"快乐闯关"活动严谨有序。"快乐闯关"学业评价方式有效地帮助学生认识自我和展示自我,增强了他们的自信心,促进了他们核心素养的提升。 In accordance with the characteristics of physical and mental development of first grade students, the Aerospace City School of RDFZ has taken the form of Happy Gameplay to evaluate students' academic performance. The design of the activities focuses on students' academic development from the aspects of structure, diversity, experience and individuality, so as to promote students' independent development and happy growth. Meanwhile, the school invites parents to participate in the gameplay to form a combination of family and school, and make reasonable allocation of human and material resources to ensure that the activities are rigorously and orderly carried out. Such kind of evaluation has effectively helped students understand and show themselves, enhanced their self-confidence and promoted their core literacies.
