粤台教师技能训练集群式协同创新机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 粤台高师院校协同创新培养教师技能的训练是建立在大陆高师院校与中小学协同、粤台高师院校间协同基础上的。这种协同创新教师技能的训练涉及集群内外的单位较多,必须以集群式协同创新顶层设计为指导,从集群内协同创新的互补需求及其利益机制上开展细致的研究。一是针对目标人群实施利益驱动机制,围绕教师专业技能训练开展虚实结合的一体化运行机制。二是针对集群间合作松散问题,以协同创新目标为导向,创新集群间的协同领导和人事互聘机制,实施出版标志性成果、提升专业技能、项目经费资助等多维驱动机制。三是针对集群内外各单位间协同时空分割问题,以教育空间站为支撑平台,实施虚拟训练资源协同创新的行政推进、需求互补、市场共赢机制。 The mechanism for collaborative innovation training among college and university teachers clusters in Guangdong and Taiwan is based on the synergetic cooperation between colleges of higher education in normal universities and primary and secondary schools in China and cooperation between colleges and universities in Guangdong and Taiwan. The training of such collaborative innovation among teachers involves many entities, and it must be guided by the top-level design of cluster-based collaborative innovation. Detailed research on complementary needs and benefit mechanisms within the clusters must be carded out. First, interest- driven mechanism must be implemented among targeted groups, and integrated operation mechanism based on theories and practives should be implemented to improve teachers professionalism. Second, to solve the problem of loose cooperation among different clusters, a multi-dimensional mechanism covering research publication, professionalism improvement and fund allocation must be implemented through innovating the cooperative leadership and personnel mechanism among the clusters. Third, to solve the problem of distance among the clusters, an education spaceship should be set up as a platform to implement the collaborative innovation of training resources and demand & supply exchange and thus achieve a win-win situation.
