三黄汤加减治疗痰湿热结型多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Sanhuang Decoction in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Phlegm-damp-heat Syndrome

目的探讨痰湿热结型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者应用三黄汤加减治疗临床效果。方法选择痰湿热结型PCOS患者80例,均为我院2014年2月—2017年2月,随机分组,就常规二甲双胍治疗(对照组40例)与加用三黄汤加减治疗(观察组40例)效果展开对比。结果 2组治疗前,中医证候脘腹胀痛、食欲亢进、小便黄、头身困重评分无差异(P>0.05),疗后均有减轻,观察组更为显著(P<0.05)。2组治疗前性激素指标T、E2、LH无差异(P>0.05),疗后均有改善,观察组幅度更为显著(P<0.05)。观察组病例总有效率经统计为90%,明显高于对照组的62.5%,具统计学差异(P<0.05)。2组均无严重不良反应,仅个别病例胃部有轻微不适,未经干预好转。结论针对临床收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者,应用三黄汤加减治疗,可显著减轻临床症状,改善卵巢功能,提高临床总有效率,且具较高安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Sanhuang decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）with phlegm-damp-heat syndrome. Methods Eighty patients with PCOS were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 40） and the observation group（ n = 40）. The control group received dimethylbiguanide. The observation group received modified Sanhuang decoction.The curative effect was compared. Results Before treatment,there was no difference in the scores of abdominal distension pain,hyperappetite,yellow urine,head and body weight score between the two groups（ P 0. 05）,both of which were relieved after treatment,especially in the observation group（ P 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,which was significantly higher than that in control group（ 62. 5%）（ P 0. 05）. There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups,and only a few cases had mild discomfort in the stomach without intervention. Conclusion In the patients with PCOS,modified Sanhuang decoction can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms,improve the ovarian function and the total effective rate,and has high safety.
