柴芩清胆汤治疗肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chaiqin Qingdan Decoction in Treating Chronic Cholangitis with Hepatobiliary and Dampness-heat Syndrome

目的观察柴芩清胆汤治疗肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎的症状变化及疗效。方法选取我院2015年6月—2017年5月期间门诊收治的肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎患者41例作为本次研究的对象,设为对照组,采用阿莫西林胶囊加消炎利胆片进行治疗,并将同期收治的另外41例肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎患者设为研究组,采用柴芩清胆汤治疗,比较组间疗效。结果研究组患者经过治疗干预后,其治疗总有效率高达95.12%,显著高于对照组的78.05%,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎患者中采用柴芩清胆汤治疗能够取得良好的疗效,值得在临床上进一步推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the change of symptoms and curative effect of Chaiqin Qingdan decoction on chronic cholecystitis with hepatobiliary and dampness-heat syndrome. Methods From June 2015 to May 2017,41 cases of chronic cholecystitis with hepatobiliary and dampness-heat syndrome admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the control group,who applied amoxicillin capsules and anti-inflammatory gallbladder tablets. The other 41 patients with hepatobiliary and cholestatic chronic cholecystitis treated in the same period were selected as the study group and were treated with Chaiqin Qingdan decoction. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment intervention,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 12%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 78. 05%）. The difference between the two groups was significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Chaiqin Qingdan decoction in patients with chronic cholecystitis of hepatobiliary and gallbladder type can obtain good curative effect,and it is worth to be further popularized and applied clinically.
