顽痹清丸治疗痛风性关节炎临床观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Wanbiqing Pill in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

目的观察顽痹清丸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法随机将痛风性关节炎患者按1∶1分为治疗组、对照组2组,治疗组(45例)采用顽痹清丸治疗,对照组(45例)采用秋水仙碱治疗。入组前常规检查2组病人的肝肾功能,血尿酸,记录关节疼痛VAS评分,关节肿胀评分;治疗10天后,分别对2组患者的临床疗效、有效率及安全指标进行比较分析。结果治疗组与对照组临床有效率分别为94.04%和95.30%,差异无统计学意义。治疗组与对照组治疗前后血尿酸、关节疼痛VAS评分及关节肿胀评分均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血尿酸下降幅度及关节肿胀评分较对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05),而关节疼痛VAS评分下降幅度评分无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肝肾功能安全指标治疗前后治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顽痹清丸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效与秋水仙碱相当,且不良作用小。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Wanbiqing pill in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Method Patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 45 cases was treated with Wanbiqing pill.The control group of 45 cases was given colchicine treatment. Before treatment,routine inspection on liver and kidney function,blood uric acid,joint pain VAS score,joint swelling score were carried out Ten days after treatment,the clinical curative effect,the effective rate and safety indicators for comparative analysis were made. Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 94.04% and 95. 30% respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference. Before and after treatment,the blood uric acid,joint pain VAS score and joint swelling scores of the treatment group and control group were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Before and after treatment,serum uric acid,VAS score of joint pain and joint swelling score in the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The decrease of uric acid and the score of joint swelling in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The liver and kidney function safety indexes before and after treatment in the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Wanbiqing pill in the treatment of gouty arthritis has the similar clinical curative effect with colchicine,and has fewer side effects.
