五苓散治疗特发性正常颅压脑积水的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wuling Powder in the Treatment of Idiopathic Normal Cranial Hydrocephalus

目的探讨五苓散治疗特发性正常颅压脑积水的综合疗效。方法从我院于2012年3月—2016年5月收治的众多特发性正常颅压脑积水患者中随机抽取70例作为本次研究对象,并将其按不同治疗方案分为2组进行差异性治疗(予以普通组患者常规性治疗,对特殊组患者则在前者的基础上添加五苓散联合治疗)。而后由临床观察小组对比分析2组患者经区别治疗后的临床疗效以及并发症发生情况。结果经区别性治疗后,2组患者在临床疗效与并发症发生率的相关数据中均存在统计学差异(特殊组均优于普通组,P<0.05)。其中,2组的临床总有效率分别为97.14%(特殊组)和71.43%(普通组)。结论与常规治疗相比,联合五苓散对特发性正常颅压脑积水患者进行联合性治疗,不仅能够显著提升临床疗效,并且还有利于降低其并发症发生率,值得临床借鉴和推广。

Objective To explore the comprehensive curative effect of Wuling powder in the treatment of patients with idiopathic normal cranial pressure. Method 70 cases of patients with idiopathic normal cranial pressure in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment plan. The routine group received routine treatment,and the special group used Wuling powder on the basis of the routine treatment. The clinical effect and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After discriminative treatment,there were statistical differences between the two groups in the clinical effect and the incidence of complications（ the special group was better than the general group P 0. 05）. The total clinical effective rate of the two was 97. 14%（ special group） and 71. 43%（ general group） respectively. Conclusion Comparing with conventional treatment,Wuling powder in the treatment of patients with idiopathic normal cranial pressure not only can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,and also reduce the incidence of complications,and is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
