四物消风饮联合曲咪新乳膏治疗老年性肛周湿疹的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Siwu Xiaofeng Drink Combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Cream in the Treatment of Senile Perianal Eczema

目的观察口服中药四物消风饮联合外用曲咪新乳膏治疗老年性肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法选择84例老年性肛周湿疹的患者,按照就诊顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例。治疗组口服四物消风饮、外用曲咪新乳膏治疗。对照组口服马来酸氯苯那敏片、外用曲咪新乳膏治疗。2组均治疗3个疗程。分别观察2组每个疗程治疗后的效果及后期复发率。结果 2组在第1个疗程结束后愈显率和停止治疗后1个月后复发率方面差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组在第2个、3个疗程后愈显率和停止治疗后3个月、6个月后复发率方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组均优于对照组。结论口服中药四物消风饮联合外用曲咪新乳膏治疗老年性肛周湿疹疗效显著,远期复发率低,临床上值得推广和运用。

Objective To research and observe the clinical effect of Siwu Xiaofeng drink combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate cream in the treatment of senile perianal eczema. Methods Eighty-four senile patients with perianal eczema were randomly divided into treatment group（ Siwu Xiaofeng drink combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate cream） and control group（ chlorphenamine maleate tablets combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate cream）,with forty-two cases in each group. Both groups were treated for 3 courses. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the first session and the recurrence rate one month later between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. There was significant difference between the two groups in the 2 nd and 3 rd sessions and the recurrence rate three and six months later（ P 0. 05）. The treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion The Siwu Xiaofeng drink combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate cream in the treatment of senile perianal eczema has significantly curative effect,The long-term recurrence rate is low,so it is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
