中医住培的经典学习与创新型人才培养研究

Research on Classical Learning and Talent Development of Resident Standardized Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医住院医师规范化培训作为新的医学人才培养模式,存在诸多值得研究和思考之处,中医经典对参加住培学员的专业发展有重要影响,结合目前基地在住培过程中发现学员对中医经典重视度不足,学习积极性偏弱的现实,以如何在住培过程中引导学员学习和应用中医经典为主要研究内容,拟通过两者的紧密结合,拓宽学员学术视野,启发学员批判性继承学术遗产意识和创新意识,成就个人学业。

As a new mode of training medical talents,the standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine is worth studying and thinking. The classic of traditional Chinese medicine has an important influence on the professional development of students who take part in resident training. According to the fact that the students at present are not paying enough attention to TCM classics and learning enthusiasm is weak,the main research content of this paper is how to guide students to learn and apply TCM classics in the course of residence training. Through the close combination of the two,the authors intend to broaden the academic field of vision of the students,inspire them to critically inherit the academic heritage consciousness and creative consciousness, and achieve individual academic achievement.
