长骨骨折患者合并脊髓损伤对骨折愈合和血清血小板衍生因子、血管内皮生长因子含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨长骨骨折患者合并脊髓损伤对骨愈合的影响及血清血小板衍生因子(PDGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法收集2012年8月‐2016年10月在该院治疗的长骨骨折患者,根据是否合并脊髓损伤将其分为单纯骨折组(A组,22例)和骨折合并脊髓损伤组(B组,26例)。分析A组B组之间骨折愈合比率、骨折愈合时间和骨痂最大厚度的差异,探讨脊髓损伤对骨折愈合的影响;分析骨折后血清PDGF、VEGF水平的变化。结果与A组相比,B组患者骨折愈合比率高(100%vs 77.3%),愈合时间短[(7.1±1.7)周vs(23.2±9.6)周],骨架最大厚度大[(32.3±11.2)mm vs(9.3±8.7)mm]。骨折后血清PDGF、VEGF水平B组也显著高于A组。结论长骨骨折患者合并脊髓损伤能显著加快骨折修复,生长因子PDGF、VEGF可能参与了这个过程。 【Objective】To investigate the effects of spinal cord injury on the healing of long bone fractures and serum levels of platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).【Methods】Data of long bone fractures patients concomitant with or without spinal cord injury hospitalized from August 2012 to October 2016 were collected and analyzed. Patients were divided into two groups: simple fracture group(group A, n =22) and combined spinal cord injury group(group B, n =26). Healing percentage, time and thickness of maximum union callus were compared between group A and group B; temporal changes of serum PDGF and VEGF levels were also compared.【Results】Compared with group A, group B presented with higher healing percent(100% vs. 77.3%), shorter healing time [(7.1 ± 1.7) weeks vs.(23.2 ± 9.6) weeks] and thicker maximum union callus [(32.3 ± 11.2) mm vs.(9.3 ± 8.7) mm]. PDGF and VEGF levels were also higher in group B than in group A. 【Conclusion】Concomitant spinal cord injury in patients with long bone fractures greatly accelerated bone healing and PDGF, VEGF might take part in these processes.
