南京市公立医院医药价格综合改革医护满意度分析

Survey of Satisfaction of Medical Staffs in Pharmaceutical Pricing Reform in Public Hospitals in Nanjing City

目的了解南京市城市公立医院价格综合改革后医务人员对改革满意度的现状和相关影响因素,提出针对性建议。方法通过对南京市16家公立医院随机选取960名医生、护士进行问卷调查,对其基本情况、满意度、价改认知等进行描述性统计分析,并运用多水平模型对其影响因素进行挖掘。结果在934份有效问卷中医生有460人、护士474人,对本次公立医院改革的知晓、满意度情况总体不够理想,超过50%的医生和护士对价格改革的满意度都选择了一般。学历、科室、职业类型、收入水平及预期收入差距、工作时长、工作满意水平、价改认知、医院规模均对改革满意度有显著性影响。结论进一步落实医疗服务价格的上调,体现医护人员技术劳务价值,建立合理、高效的考核与分配方案,调动医护人员积极性,提高对价改的满意度。

Objective To learn about the medical staffs’ satisfaction with the pharmaceutical pricing reform carrying out in public hospitals in Nanjing City and the related influencing factors,and then to propose some pertinent suggestions based on results. Methods 960 doctors and nurses from 16 state-owned hospitals were randomly sampled in Nanjing City. The descriptive statistical analysis and multi-level model analysis were performed. Results Among all the valid questionnaires,there are 460 doctors and 474 nurses. The general satisfactory degree is not high. Education background,job function,doctor or nurse,income level,distance to income expectation,work load,satisfaction with work, knowledge about reform and hospital scale are significantly related with the reform satisfaction. Conclusion Up-regulation of medical service price should be put into practice. The value of medical workers’ technology and labor should be highlighted. A reasonable and efficient assessment standard and allocation plan should be established in order to arouse the working enthusiasm of medical workers and to improve the degree of their satisfaction.
