摘要
以目前应用广泛的卧式砂磨机为研究对象,对卧式砂磨机结构进行优化设计。通过对机座部件位置的合理配置,达到了增加机座刚性的目的;通过对主轴结构进行改良设计,实现了研磨过程中冷却效果的有效改善。
In this paper, the horizontal sand mill is used as the research object to optimize the structure of the horizontal sand mill. Through the reasonable configuration of the position of the machine base, the purpose of increasing the rigidity of the machine frame is achieved. By improving the design of the main shaft structure, the cooling effect is effectively improved in the grinding process.
